Key Responsibilities:

• Receive phone calls and welcome customers
• Keep track of tasks and support for clients who contact
• Coordinate new client documents
• Consolidate and record the number of mailings
• Booking accommodation
• Record meeting with the branch
• Coordinate between branches
• Pull report to support the work of managers
• Create product information for customers
• Updates Job by daily by weekly
• Organize branch functions
• Management of administrative tasks
• Supervise and control disbursements - in branches
• Maintain and control disbursements - disbursements Stock products and equipment
• Keeping office equipment in the branch orderly ready for use.
• Other assignments

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัครFemale, age 24 – 30 years Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or any related fields At least 2 years’ experience in administration Good coordinator and communicator Self-disciplined and effective time management Able to work well under pressure and handling customer complaints Fair in English communication skill Good computer skill especially Microsoft Office, together with typing skill of 60 wpm Good personality, service-minded, positive attitude and sense of urgency Professional attitude and dress code
